Don't you love the beginning of spring? It's so uplifting to step outdoors and see Mother Nature breathing new life into our environment as migratory birds are returning from wintering south and new leaves and buds are appearing on trees and shrubs.
Even the hummingbirds and bees are out and about gathering nectar from flower blossoms. Watching them inspired me to create my own sweet & delicious vegan "bee-free" clover honey. It's perfect stirred into a nice tall glass of citrus iced tea.

Some of my fondest memories are backyard holiday parties with my relatives. When I became vegan, I didn’t want to give up enjoying our traditional family recipes, so I decided to find ways to re-create them using all vegan ingredients. Just like Mom’s, just a bit better. 100% vegan and 100% delish!
