When you think of the winter holidays, what is one of the first things that comes to mind? For me, it's four things . . . family, festivities, fun & food, or should I say FUDGE? Old fashioned homemade vegan fudge is definitely one of the first on my list - followed by cookies, cakes, quick breads and pies.

I can't think of a nicer or frankly, sweeter gift to give than a homemade dessert. A decorative tin full of freshly baked cookies, a box of pastries tied with a ribbon, or a classic apple pie baked in a pretty dish - what a very welcomed surprise!
