Veganuary is a global movement that, during the month of January, encourages a 31-day pledge to avoid using animal products. Since 2014, millions of people worldwide have embraced Veganuary, fostering positive impacts on health, the environment, and animal welfare.
Whenever I am asked if being vegan actually makes a difference, my answer is YES! Every person has the ability to affect positive change by making compassionate choices.
