  • 2 cups cranberries fresh – washed, rinsed & drained
  • 1/2 cup apples cubed with peel intact
  • 1 orange peeled and sectioned – remove pith
  • 1/2 cup pineapple cubed or chunks

  • 1/8 tsp ground cloves

Instructions

  • Transfer chopped fruit into mixing bowl. Stir in maple syrup and spices.
  • Serve immediately or store in airtight container in refrigerator.

Notes

🥕Use any variety apple you prefer. I used Granny Smith in this recipe.
🥕You can use fresh pineapple. I like to keep it easy so I used canned pineapple chunks packed in juice.
🥕Be sure to remove as much of the white pith as you can from your orange segments. It can add a bitter flavor, so less is better.
🥕Since this relish is made from fresh fruits, it is best consumed within one or two days. Keep refrigerated in an airtight container.
