Lemon ūüćč Drop Cookies

Inspired by  traditional Italian lemon drop cookies, this easy vegan recipe has all the delicious flavor and texture without the eggs or dairy.

Gather your ingredients

step 1


Almond flour All-purpose flour Sugar Egg replacer Baking powder Salt  Lemon juice Lemon zest Vegan butter Non-dairy milk

Combine dry  ingredients

Thoroughly cream together vegan butter  & granulated sugar

Beat in lemon juice, zest & egg replacer.

Combine dry & wet ingredients, alternating  with vegan milk.

Don't over-stir dough, as it  may alter the soft texture of the cookies.  


Drop spoonfuls of cookie dough onto a parchment¬† lined baking sheet. Bake at 375‚ĄČ for 10 minutes. ¬†

While cookies are cooling, it's time to make  the lemon icing!
