Vegan Cranberry Oat Crumble Bars

Tart, juicy cranberries sweetened with maple syrup and sandwiched  between a chewy buttery,  oatmeal crust

Here is what  you'll need


cranberries maple syrup flour oatmeal brown sugar baking powder salt vanilla vegan butter

that's it!

Cook cranberries in maple syrup & water until softened.

Combine dry ingredients  in a large bowl.

Stir in brown sugar  & vanilla

TIP: Soft butter is  easier to add into the crumble mixture.

Now for the fun part. Assembling the vegan cranberry oat crumble!

Pour 1/2 of the  crumble mixture into  a parchment lined baking dish.

TIP: Place a sheet of parchment on top  before pressing crumbs into a bottom crust.

Spoon cranberry sauce onto bottom crust & spread evenly.

Cover with remaining crumble topping.

Bake at 350¬įF for¬† 30 minutes until golden brown.
