We use  JUST Egg  vegan egg replacer.🥕

This recipe is  made in 3 parts: 

🍋 Pie Crust 🍋 Filling 🍋 Meringue🥕

🍋 Pie Crust Flour Vegan butter & Shortening  Salt  🍋 Filling Lemon juice/zest Sugar   Salt Cornstarch Vegan butter  JUST Egg replacer  🍋 Meringue Aquafaba  Cream of tartar Powdered sugar  Vanilla bean   Xanthan gum🥕

Prepare a  pie crust. Bake at 425℉ for 10 minutes.



Make the lemon filling. Pour into crust. Bake at 400℉ for 10 minutes.



Make the meringue & top onto pie. Bake at 325℉ for 18 minutes.



Cool on a rack  for 20 minutes then refrigerate until fully set.🥕
