🍋 Pie Crust Flour Vegan butter & Shortening  Salt  🍋 Filling Lemon juice/zest Sugar   Salt Cornstarch Vegan butter  JUST Egg replacer  🍋 Meringue Aquafaba  Cream of tartar Powdered sugar  Vanilla bean   Xanthan gum

Prepare a  pie crust. Bake at 425℉ for 10 minutes.

Make the lemon filling. Pour into crust. Bake at 400℉ for 10 minutes.
