Sprinkle remaining cheese over quiche and continue baking for another 35-40 minutes, until pie crust begins to brown.
Remove quiche from oven and let cool for about an hour (to set).
🥕Important - Make sure to thoroughly drain any excess liquid from the spinach before adding other ingredients.🥕We've updated this recipe by reducing the quantity of butter to 2 tbsp. It is just as delicious as before but with 75% less added fat.🥕JUST egg vegan egg substitute is a key ingredient in this recipe. You can use other types of egg replacers, but this is the one I've had the most success with in this recipe.
