  • Pour ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend on medium speed for 1 minute.
  • Transfer blended mixture into a silicone ice cube tray or small storage container.
  • Cover and place in refrigerator for a few hours to harden, or in the freezer to make it set faster.
  • It's just that easy & so much better than butter! Enjoy!



🥕Be sure to use refined coconut oil (not extra virgin coconut oil) or your butter will taste like coconut.  We like to use plain cashew-based yogurt.
🥕Store in the fridge for up to 3-4 weeks, or several months in the freezer.
