Vegan puff pastry - crescent, pie, or phyllo Vegan cheese - cream cheese or vegan brie Cranberry sauce - homemade/store bought Fresh herbs - basil, sage, rosemary, parsley, mint Orange zest

Yes, you can use  store-bought, but why not make your own fabulous homemade cranberry orange sauce? So good & so easy!

Cranberry Sauce

Cranberry Sauce Ingredients

Fresh cranberries Maple syrup Water Fresh orange  Cinnamon Nutmeg Cloves

Make the Sauce

Simmer cranberries, water & maple syrup till soft. Stir in  orange segments,  zest & spices.

Cut the Pastry

Cut dough into 24 2" squares for a mini muffin pan  or  12 3" squares for a standard cupcake pan.

Add the Cheese

Press dough  into each cup.. Add a rounded teaspoon of cheese in  each cup.

Now the Cranberries 

Add a spoonful of cranberry  sauce on top  of the cheese.

Bake & Garnish  

Bake at 350℉  ten minutes until golden brown. Add a bit of fresh herbs & a sprinkle of orange zest.
