If you need some parm in a pinch, with this super quick, delicious, & nutritious recipe, you can throw together a batch so fast your pasta won’t get cold!
In fact, one of the wonderful benefits of being vegan is enjoying all of the amazing, healthy, and delicious plant based ingredients you can use to recreate and, frankly, improve many of your favorite traditional foods & dishes. When I first tried this recipe, I couldn’t believe how great it was. This cheese looks and tastes just like good old-fashioned Italian restaurant parmesan, only better!
Recently, I had the opportunity to visit Charlie’s Acres, a wonderful farm animal sanctuary located in Sonoma, California. Home to more than 120 rescued animals, the sanctuary is managed by a small team of very compassionate and dedicated individuals. While I was there, I spent some time in the kitchen with Ryan, the Facilities Manager at Charlie’s Acres. Ryan is a fellow vegan and avid cook who showed me how to create this fantastic recipe. Watch our video below to see just how quick and easy it is to make your own vegan parmesan!
